'The main selling point of this hotel is the location. With a 10 minute walk to the station you are in Boston downtown very fast. Staff is friendly, but the facility is not in the best shape. Furniture is run down and the rooms are not clean. We had stains on the headrest of the bed and blood on the floor.'

'The staff was nice during check in. It’s clear this property has not been updated since it was built. The hallways smelled and the furniture and appliances were super old. The price and location was convenient, but I will definitely pay extra to stay somewhere else the next time I need a hotel in this area. The bed was sooooo hard.'

'The best thing about this hotel is the location a short walk from the waterfront with a beach, boardwalk and gazebo-like structure and nice views. The lobby is a comfortable place to chat and enjoy coffee, etc. The café is very expensive and should have some less expensive options. The least expensive coffee is $5 and is 12 ounces at least. 'What a wonderful home away from home! The rooms were very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 4. We had a lot of luggage and didn’t feel like we were tripping over them. 'Stayed here for the Boston Marathon as a 23 y/o female and it worked well. The host was kind and responsive. The property was also nice for a home stay situation. I never felt unsafe, each room had a key lock and the bathroom sharing was never a problem. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.'
