'The only saving grave of this location was Iris and the front desk. She should get raise because without her I would give this hotel 0 stars. One of their elevators were broken. The sink in our room was clogged. The main lights in our room didnt work so we had to use a lamp and the bathroom light to light up our entire room. The shower was peeling. The breakfast area is too small. People were loterally on top of each other trying to get food and find somewhere to sit. I would not stay here...

'There was 1 elevator working, making a wait going up to our room and down. Check in was past our 3pm time. For many customers. The television was not a smart T.V, for our kids, having youtube or another app for free kid shows. (We had to buy a roku stick to place into television, to get kid shows). Staff were nice, place was clean. The pool was ICE COLD, we couldn't swim because of that. Breakfast was alright rated C (as far as hotel breakfast goes), but the way they have the breakfast situated,...

'Overall the house itself is impressive! Spacious and accommodating enough to Comfortably sleep 12-14. Some very minor glitches in some of the appliances. But if you are more than 6 you need to bring serving and mixing bowls and a couple additional pots and pans. The WiFi is just a little slow but manageable. Could definitely use a house book with tv instructions, and other details as well as nearby locations ie. grocery, drugstore,hospital e.t.c. All in all it is a beautiful space, clean, quiet,...
