Cottages in Eureka Springs West

'My only issues were the neighbors light was on all night, every night and the curtains didn't help much. The place smelled a little musty even with the dehumidifier. Nature cannot be controlled and a skunk sprayed right by the place and that's all I could smell the first night.'

'Room accommodations were excellent, the jetted jub was relaxing and the full breakfast was tasty. The wonderful breakfast conversation with the other guests and owner was enjoyed. Thank you and looked forward to planning a return visit. '

'Very nice! Could have used some lights going into the back cabin as hard for a person using a cane! Beautiful cabin and very roomy!'

'Loved the place and location!'

'Very nice place to stay!! Inside was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Back patio and outdoor shower needed to be cleaned better.'

'Very friendly hosts. We didn't have a long stay but we were very happy'

'Property is very quiet and private, the bed was comfortable and I appreciated all of the pillows on the bed! Definitely live up to the name Sanctuary treehouse!'

'Great concept for getaways. Great layout for a studio-cottage treehouse. We loved the stay and seclusion.'

'The pictures looked to good to be true. But, they are accurate. Even though there are other treehouses on the property, when inside or on the back porch you will think you are alone in the middle of the woods. I side is incredibly comfortable and serene. We will be back.'

'Great Property. My wife and I had a wonderful stay.'

'Wes was very responsive in securing an additional night for friends coming from Missouri prior to our arrival the next day. He is very kind & accommodating, so much so that we would have all liked to meet him. He respectfully told us he tries to stay away from the property on weekends leaving all the details to staff which we certainly understand. The staff was excellent!! The grounds & the property was beautifully landscaped just as though it was done in honor of his mother. Deer greeted...

'This is the perfect little hideaway! My husband & I came down for my birthday weekend to get some time away from everyday life. The location is remote enough to enjoy some serious quiet time, but also not too far from all the fun Eureka Springs has to offer. It ended up being pretty hot out so we didn't get to enjoy much hot tub time, but having the option was great. The railcar theme was well executed & our host was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!'

'Amazingly secluded! Just what we needed. Great location for things to do and still be off the beaten path. Thanks for having us. 10/10 will come back! '

'Home away from home. Everything you need for rest & comfort. Quiet location that we enjoyed.'
