'Wonderful view and beautiful condo. Only downside was the ocean water was not the cleanest but the pool made up for it '

'We enjoyed our stay. Everything you needed was provided from washer/dryer, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Condo was clean and access was easy. There are 2 bathrooms but there is only one shower and it's located in the ensuite bathroom. We had a car which I feel was needed. Thank you B'

'Very nice place ti stay and I think reasonable. Dining next door at Flippers was very good. I was surprised to see every building is either new or completely refurbished. Due to the recent hurricane. But it us coming back strong. I would definitely recommend this condo for a nice quiet stay. Communication with the owner was easy and very quick.'

I called the property manager for info and was told they did not speak English, unfortunately we were not bi-lingual. We recognized the condo from the photo. 'The apartment was cute but hardly finished. 2nd bedroom had all kind of pictures and things that made it look rushed to the market. The fees added on we exorbitant and made the actual price 2X the internet show price we will be inquiring as to gouging No beach chairs just 3 stadium chairs We were not made aware of the total reconstruction of the island and should have been. Other than that Sanibel was beautiful'

'As we wrapped up our stay at Ken's property, we sat and discussed what could have been better. We were all in agreement that this property met every need my wife, daughter & I had. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, located in a beautiful area. The kitchen appliances met our needs and the bedding was excellent. The grounds on the complex are top notch. The pool area is another positive. We have traveled for many years and are somewhat particular. With that said, we highly recommend...

'The condo was well equipped (aside from the refrigerator issues- new one installed last day but had 2 small fridges to use. Most negative issue was the ice availability and having to use coolers for beverages with only 2 people it was ok. The owner communicated well regarding the fridge and initial check that everything else was satisfactory ), clean and beds are very comfy. Lots of beach supplies (the cart was awesome for the beach/pool). Would definitely recommend.'

'Hyatt Coconut Plantation is een absoluut top resort . Geweldig complex met veel groen . Onze dochter van 5 heeft zich geweldig vermaakt in de zwembaden . Vooral de Lazy River vond ze super ! Grote , schone kamers met een lekker ruim balkon . Service is ook geweldig . Ik zou zeker terug gaan naar Coconut Plantation ....!'

'Wat een fijn hotel. Fietsen die je (gratis) drie uurtjes mag meenemen om door het stadje te toeren. Super centraal gelegen. De service bij aankomst was geweldig. Een dame met knot was super vriendelijk en regelde dat we nog snel een hapje konden eten ondanks dat het laat was. Groot contrast met de dame met lang grijs haar die ons uit checkte. Nogal een kil afscheid. '
