'The staff was nice. But they had no cookies like they did at their hotel in Frankfort, KY. And the rooms were nice r in Frankfort, with chasing outlets built into the nightstands.... nothing like that in Louisville. The Louisville location needs to step up their game.'

'Extremely dirty/nasty. Staff very rude and ghetto. Dont waste your time booking here, you will be throughly upset and disgusted. Absolutely HATED it here and this place need to be reported to the health department. '

'This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. '
