'The idea behind a reservation is that the hotel is committed to have the room you requested ready when you show up, especially if you prepaid for it. This hotel didn’t. I had reserved a room with 2 beds and when asking management about it, was told that Expedia made a mistake and then later that it was their mistake. I don’t know what to believe, but I will tell you the hotel looks nothing like the Expedia photos. They are either AI-scrubbed to make it look squeaky clean or they were taken...

'The room was clean, however the air conditioning wasn't working so we had to change rooms. No hot breakfast except waffles which when I tried to eat one found out the batter was rancid. Staff really didn't care when I mentioned the problems. The first three floors are not even finished, pool was done but couldn't use due to permit issues. To make matters worse, this hotel is not in a great area, I didn't feel safe at all. Ended up cancelling the rest of my two week stay after one night and chose...
