'What a delight to stay in this property in French Lick, Indiana! I booked a villa in order to invite family from across the nation to join me to view the Total Eclipse event. The facility was perfect for my needs and wants. I loved the roominess, the two balconies, the ample table/dining space, full kitchen, comfortable beds. Even a huge jacuzzi tub and dry sauna! I loved the location as it was quiet, and we were able to walk to all events. Once I parked my Jeep, I didn't start it again...

'Good location (right next to the Monon Trail, close to the Jazz Kitchen, and just south of Broad Ripple). However, there was rotting garbage lying in the driveway beside the entrance to the "tiny house." The roof of the sleeping bunk was so low on one side that two people could not sleep in the bed (and the pullout couch was not comfortable). The lock code supplied failed to indicate the need to add "#" at the end of the code(though the owners responded quickly to my request for clarification)....

'If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I do not normally write awful reviews, but in this case, I do want to WARN people. My husband and 2 very young children checked into a cabin, and about 30 minutes after going to bed, my husband started itching and getting bit. He had over 20 welts on his body. We tried to get ahold of Rex, the owner but no one would answer their "after hours" number. We packed up and left by 1:00 A.M. We were booked to stay 3 nights. They hired an exterminator to come...
