Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no exterior signage indicating where the main entrance or front desk was located, which made finding check-in confusing and time-consuming. Once inside the lobby, there was still no clear signage directing guests to the front desk, leaving new arrivals unsure where to go.
In our room:
โข The in-room telephone did not work at all. I only discovered this when the television also failed to function and I attempted to call the front desk for assistance โ but had no way to reach anyone without leaving the room.
โข The in-room coffee maker was missing essential components (specifically the carafe and filter basket), rendering it completely unusable.
These are basic amenities and wayfinding elements that most guests rightfully expect to be functional and clear. Unfortunately, the lack of working phone, TV, coffee maker, and any signage created a frustrating and inconvenient experience from the moment we arrived until we left.
I stay at many hotels for both business and leisure, and this was noticeably below the standard Iโve come to expect โ even from budget properties. I hope this feedback is helpful so these issues can be address
