'Heel aangenaam verblijf we kregen zomaar een upgrade naar 1 van de mooiste kamers met prachtig zicht op zee en dubbel balkon. Het ontbijt en diner was uitstekend en verfijnd. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk niets was hen te veel. Ook mochten we gratis gebruik maken van de wellness aan de overkant bij rui bonanza palace. Gewoon top hotel!'

'Gedurende 20 jaar heb ik dit hotel een 4-tal keren bezocht voor een korte vakantie. Personeel is uitermate vriendelijk. Ontbijt en restaurants voldoen aan hoge wensen en dat tegen redelijke prijzen. Kamers zijn ruim en goed ingericht, echter nog steeds voorzien van donkerbruine vloerbedekking, wat niet echt hygiënisch is. Plafondverlichting tussen de gebouwen en liften is minimaal en neergezette ouderwetse fauteuils, lijken er ook al zo'n 20 jaar te staan. De loungebar is nogal ouderwets, is...

'Verzorgd ontbijt, behulpzaam personeel, kamer en andere plaatsen tip top. Ik kom zeker terug! Tip: Beter met bus, trein of taxi naar hier komen. Het hotel ligt vlak bij het stationnetje en heeft geen eigen parking. Onmogelijk om dichtbij te parkeren. Gelukkig heeft Chelsea, receptionist, mij kunnen helpen.'

'The location is sublime. The hotel has a lot of (old) charm. The staff is just amazing. The pool area is spacious with stunning views. The room was a bit small and uninspiring. It could do with an update. It felt like a throw back to the ‘70s. Perhaps I’m a bit sensitive but the sewage tank is located next to the pool area and the smell drifted over the pool area. All in all a good experience. '

'We had a great week at El Cid. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, nearby many nice restaurants and super close to a bus stop from which you can get to Palma in 15 minutes. The staff extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. For the people wondering whether it's a con to be so close to the airport: during the whole week there was only one airplane that flew directly overhead. The rest was so far away that you usually couldn't even hear them, so you...
