'Pros: Het ruime appartement staat nagenoeg aan het strand en vlakbij een bushalte ( naar ondermeer Palma en het nabije vliegveld. Het grote dakterras biedt een fraai uitzicht op zee. Het huis was heel schoon. De bedden zijn goed, maar twee (van de vier) slaapkamers zijn eigenlijk te klein voor 2 personen. De 2 badkamers voldoen prima. 'Pros: Heerlijke tuin met veel privacy. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Spraken geen Engels maar kon wel in het Engels appen met de dochter. Cons: Het zwembad was niet in orde, water was groen. We konden dus niet zwemmen. Ondanks dat het niet echt weer was om te zwemmen kregen we wel een redelijk bedrag terug! Erg netjes!'

'Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses wich deutlich von den Fotos auf dem Buchungsportal ab, die vermutlich nach einer Sanierung (vor einigen Jahren) aufgenommen wurden. Der tatsächliche Zustand entspricht nicht dem Eindruck der Fotos auf FeWo-Direkt. Besonders problematisch war ein Schlafzimmer mit massiv sichtbarem Schimmelbefall und Geruch, der auch im angrenzenden Badezimmer wahrnehmbar war.
