Flats in Disney's Maingate East

'Upon arriving on the property the following issues were observed:1. Guest bathroom toilet required plunging (initially did not flush)2. Master bathroom right sink was slow draining due to clogging3. Master bedroom vanity light bulb missing (one bulb)4. Dirty dishes (plates, utensils and pans). Spent 30 min. cleaning before we could cook.5. All A/C vents were closed and had to be opened.Based on the above it was clear the property was not properly prepped for our arrival.'

'Unfortunately, this condo was filthy. So, I’m not sure if the previous reviews were old or if they have a new cleaning company. Regardless, the grout in the tile floor is dark brown and gross. When we pulled back the covers on the master bed, there were pubic hairs on the sheets and in the guest bed there was a track of lashes that were not ours. The area rug in the living room had someone else’s fingernail clipping so it clearly had not been vacuumed, not to mention the rug itself was filthy....

'To begin with, I couldn't get in the gate of the property because the I.D scanner wasn't working properly. The employee at the gate didn't speak English, I had to speak into his phone for interpretation, so unprofessional. Once I got into the gate and on the property there were a lot of construction on the building (I was told that the building was under construction but didn't know it was that much). I got into the room and there were no fresh towels it looked like they were used several times...

'Apartment seems to be extensively rented. Doorknob inside almost fell off. I had to fix it thanks to my tools I had with me. Silverware seems like from an airplane ( very small) and some pans and pots need a replacement. Nicely furnited but you can tell that it is extensively being used. Gym and pool area is a nice additional feature with a 5 minute walk across 2 bridges.Location is close to Disney (20-30 minutes) and shopping.Irritating is that you receive many emails from the renter regarding...

'Lovely property, as shown in the pictures. Had all the amenities you would need for a stay. Beds were comfortable. Clubhouse was fantastic and we spent quite a bit of time here in the pool. It is about a 10 minute walk from the condo to the pool or a 2 minute drive. Lots of available parking and I would recommend having a car if you are staying here. Hosts were very responsive to any queries and pleasant to interact with. Would definitely recommend this property. '

'Very nice cozy place in a great area, close to stores. Host was very good in communicating. The only issue was the building listed is not the right one. The buildings are actually white so I had a little difficulty finding it. Other than that I had a great stay and I would definitely stay again.'

'Property owner was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. Location was ideal for convention center but you definitely need to leave time to deal with traffic. We stayed for volleyball tournament and had a lot of early morning games. '

'We stayed at the property for 30 days. Overall, we had an excellent experience. The unit was very clean and in terrific condition. The grounds were well maintained. We also felt safe with the property security. One thought would be that additional towels and kitchenware are needed, especially for guests who stay for extended periods.'
