Flats in Disney's Maingate East

'Upon arriving on the property the following issues were observed:1. Guest bathroom toilet required plunging (initially did not flush)2. Master bathroom right sink was slow draining due to clogging3. Master bedroom vanity light bulb missing (one bulb)4. Dirty dishes (plates, utensils and pans). Spent 30 min. cleaning before we could cook.5. All A/C vents were closed and had to be opened.Based on the above it was clear the property was not properly prepped for our arrival.'

'We stayed at the property for 30 days. Overall, we had an excellent experience. The unit was very clean and in terrific condition. The grounds were well maintained. We also felt safe with the property security. One thought would be that additional towels and kitchenware are needed, especially for guests who stay for extended periods.'

'Lovely property, as shown in the pictures. Had all the amenities you would need for a stay. Beds were comfortable. Clubhouse was fantastic and we spent quite a bit of time here in the pool. It is about a 10 minute walk from the condo to the pool or a 2 minute drive. Lots of available parking and I would recommend having a car if you are staying here. Hosts were very responsive to any queries and pleasant to interact with. Would definitely recommend this property. '

'Apartment seems to be extensively rented. Doorknob inside almost fell off. I had to fix it thanks to my tools I had with me. Silverware seems like from an airplane ( very small) and some pans and pots need a replacement. Nicely furnited but you can tell that it is extensively being used. Gym and pool area is a nice additional feature with a 5 minute walk across 2 bridges.Location is close to Disney (20-30 minutes) and shopping.Irritating is that you receive many emails from the renter regarding...

'It’s been a great experience in here. Especially, we Indians always cook at home rather than eating out, and I see every item neatly arranged. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.'

'The condo was clean and spacious. Easy access to elevator and trash chute. We didnt have any issue with noise from neighbors. It is missing a few touches like blankets or extra pillows. For a coffee drinker, the tiny coffee pot was less than great. '
