Flats in Disney's Maingate East

'Booking our room was very easy.It was the first time I myself had used vrbo. Our host was right there to give me the info I needed and advised me to let her know if there were any problems so she could address them immediately, which was wonderful. The condo was very well stocked with essentials and necessities we needed. The price was very good for everything. 'The condo is ideally located for Disney World with many restaurants close by. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and we would definitely stay there again.'

'I've stayed here several times and have had no issues. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to grocery and restaurants, 15 mins to drive to Epcot. The unit itself is very clean, and has plenty of kitchen supplies. Wifi works great. The Host Jean is very responsive. I'll stay here again for sure.'

'We stayed at the property for 30 days. Overall, we had an excellent experience. The unit was very clean and in terrific condition. The grounds were well maintained. We also felt safe with the property security. One thought would be that additional towels and kitchenware are needed, especially for guests who stay for extended periods.'

'Upon arriving on the property the following issues were observed:1. Guest bathroom toilet required plunging (initially did not flush)2. Master bathroom right sink was slow draining due to clogging3. Master bedroom vanity light bulb missing (one bulb)4. Dirty dishes (plates, utensils and pans). Spent 30 min. cleaning before we could cook.5. All A/C vents were closed and had to be opened.Based on the above it was clear the property was not properly prepped for our arrival.'

'Apartment seems to be extensively rented. Doorknob inside almost fell off. I had to fix it thanks to my tools I had with me. Silverware seems like from an airplane ( very small) and some pans and pots need a replacement. Nicely furnited but you can tell that it is extensively being used. Gym and pool area is a nice additional feature with a 5 minute walk across 2 bridges.Location is close to Disney (20-30 minutes) and shopping.Irritating is that you receive many emails from the renter regarding...
