'いつも本館に泊まります。歴史を感じさせてくれます。客室は落ち着いた色調で家具もアンティークな感じ。わざとスタンドだけの明かりにすると、まさに海外、英国風？なクラシカルな雰囲気に浸れます。そして何より最高なのはスタッフの対応。私も滞在中に色々ありましたが、いつも最高のおもてなしで、お客様をイライラさせるようなことは一切ありません。気持ちのよい滞在ができます。'

'Een modern en luxueus hotel in het nieuwe deel van Yokohama, met binnen- en buitenzwembad, al is het laatste zeer ondiep. Ook 2 jaccuzzi's buiten, maar openingstijden zijn zeker tijdens de week eerder beperkt. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijtbuffet. Erg grote kamer, met lavabo in de kamer, apart toilet en douche en badkamer. '

'Prima locatie en faciliteiten. Zeer ruime maar donkere entree die naar een mooie bakkerij/koffieshop leidt en waar de receptie om een hoek is verstopt.'

'The Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel is a hidden gem in my opinion. The location is fantastic (a few metres from Shin Yokohama station) and there are great shops and restaurants around the hotel. The staff could not have been friendlier and service was excellent. The rooms were huge by Japan standards and well equipped with a lovely sitting area. We booked two adjoining rooms for the family. Overall I would definitely stay here again and I thought for the price the hotel was amazing!!'
