'Such a lovely place! Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood walkable to both Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. The amenities are so nice. We appreciated the tram to the beach, resort style pool, bikes, beach chairs/towels/umbrella, and laundry. These made our stay so easy and relaxing. Thank you for a great stay, Diane Bernie! We hope to come back.'

'The house was very nice. Close to the beach and about a 10-minute walk the nearest restaurants. The only issue we had was that the cable continued to go out during our stay. At night, we usually like to go to sleep with the TV on; however the cable kept cutting off. We contacted the host and the TV would come back on within 10 minutes, but then it'll shut down again. Other than that, it was a very nice location on 30A.'

'Cutest place ever! The backyard area was nice for relaxing in the evening. Loved my stay! Only thing I would change is there were no hot pads in the kitchen and the can opener didn't work other than that it was a perfect place for a vacation! Beach is close too! '

'We enjoyed our stay at Sum Beaches very much! Plenty of room for the 2 of us, clean inside and out, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and other household items. Nice location within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, ice cream and the beach! Wifi was sometimes a little spotty. Owners were very responsive. Would highly recommend it and would definitely go back again.'
