'Clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff & quiet! Comfy beds! I would suggest wiping down the luggage carts as they were pretty grimy with people's fingerprints and the carpet on them looked disgusting! But it served its purpose to hold our bags and cart them to our room. Also no hair dryer was in the room. I didn't check if they had some at the front desk but that was a bummer. Wish I knew about that... Overall great stay!'

'Very welcoming staff. Room was very clean. Quiet and in a convenient location to shopping.'

'Big clean room (2 queens) bumpy bed. With fridge and tv. Breakfast was very good. Wafels and pancake maker also English breakfast. But the service is very bad! Bath tap kept running, made 3 time's a complain. Everytine is was new and agsin promisses to send maintanance. He/she never came. 3 nights sleep with a running bathtap is no pleasure I can tell you. No cleaning of the room. When I asked they would clean by 2 days. It was 2 days and then sudden oh then it is 3.... I can make my own...

'The staff here was incredible! The hotel is clearly very well managed, clean, maintained , very helpful staff. The common area and restaurants were veery nice.'

'Great'

'The front desk gentleman who checked us in was great. We had a nice chat about this and that and he was so personable. The room was spacious and spotless. Great bathroom shower setup. Plenty of parking, and a really good sports bar restaurant (Lucky 13) right next door.'
