'The whole hotel is tired. Carpets dirty, rooms very old fashioned. Shower head did not work. AC was very loud. Ground floor room and widow doors did not lock properly. Breakfast inedible. Reception staff very polite and friendly'

'When we arrived, the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and checked us in quickly. The rooms were very clean, including the bathroom. I thought they had a better than average breakfast buffet with a good selection. I had their egg white omelet, sausage links and a some oatmeal. They have the coffee machines that grind and brew, so coffee was great with a good selection of creamers and sugar. I would choose that as a stay again near the twin cities.'

'Room 251 was more like a B2 bomber taking off in your bedroom. The AC was locked in this room and could not sleep. The room was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room.'

'The ac didn’t work in one part of our room They did comp us an extra room but with 5 people we still had to use the hot room. So when it’s 80 degrees it’s not great'

'Staff is awesome. Room was clean. Landscaping need some care and tidying up.'
