'Everything is great, but the soft drinks has the taste of chlorinated water..《diet coke)'

'This wasn’t as nice as other Fairfield Inn and Suites I’ve stayed at. It’s a half done remodel with very old worn out elements of the prior hotel remaining like the doors, bathtubs, and closets. No toiletries kit, built in closet and coffee station typical of the new Fairfield’s. Tried to call front desk by the phone line was CUT! When I asked above toiletries kit the front desk person informed me they didn’t have them because they were a smaller property. Housekeeping not regularly and trash...

'Would have enjoyed my shower more if the water was hotter. Overall. Very nice stay.'

'Everything looked very nice. It was clean. They were very polite, and when we needed new towels, they made sure we had them. Very happy with my stay.'

'The property is located in a nice greater Richmond area. We came for the weekend for the RVA Tattoo Convention. The lobby area is clean and inviting. We did use the bar; the service was good and quick. As we walked in to check in; there was no one at the front desk. We wait and a lady came out and said she would be right with us. 'CLUB ROOM'

'Mooie, ruime suite. We waren met 4 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Ging prima.

'You have to pay for breakfast and it's awkward. It's self serve but somebody will come put down a receipt with a tip line? If you get put in an adjoining room, you can hear everything and there's nothing they will do about this. But it was clean and there was a hot tub'

'👎'

'There is a long wrong with my stay at this hotel. My main concern was getting bed bugs. There has been no effort or concern on the hotels side to fix this serious issue. I immediately had to change plans that have been previously made for my trip to instead invest my time and money cleaning all belongings through a laundry mat and make a doctors visit. I could go on about how disappointed I am in the hotel for their many issues but this is something I am still dealing with. I would advise...

'No grab and go when I woke up at 630. Nice staff.'
