« Television did not work. Next day a two remote control work around was offered no roof change. Carpet had stains. Upholstery tattered. Dishwasher leaked. Freezer needed defrosting. 4 lounge chair for a 4 story hotel at pool. Breakfast poorly serviced, e.g. had to ask for plates and forks, dirty tables. Patio had dirty surfaces and broken bulbs in string lights. Nice facility but poor management. »

« I asked to sweep my my room because I feel it was a little bit dirty. The floors was dirt. I asked them if they could sweep only. They say I just have one day there. They cannot do nothing so they just gave me a broom. So I can sweep my own room »

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« The staff was excellent considering they had no records of my already paid for reservation. Took extra time getting checked in due to this. Thankfully, they were able to get us another room. Our suite had miscellaneous tiny holes in the bathroom and one behind the door in the bedroom. Kind of strange, but it did not appear to having anything inside of the holes. Shower took a while to warm up on the fourth floor. The couch and chairs were hard as rocks, however the beds were comfortable. For...

« Great pool and bar at pool. Easy walk to beach with 2 chairs and an umbrella included with stay. Restaurants were great with many options. Will definitely return! »
