« We arrived late so we didn't notice the cleanliness of the room until the next morning. At which point when I went to shower I decided against it because the shower had not been cleaned. There was a rubber band on the bathroom floor, hair everywhere. Needless to say very minimal cleaning was done to that room. « Wonderful bed & breakfast. We always stay here on our way to Gulf Shores. The owners are top notch. Breakfast is the bomb & is included with your stay. And if you are looking for a steak they have one of the best. »

« The stench of mold emanating from this property was grotesque. They had humidifiers in the hallways so it’s obviously a known issue. Either the local health department has toxic thresholds or I can’t see how this property can be compliant with health department code. The front desk was kind to put us in another room but the stench was pervasive throughout the whole property. Infuriating that I paid $242 a night for this danger to my health. Gives Expedia a bad name. »

« Room was just a basic room. Pool was very small but didn’t mind. Room never got cleaned or swept the six nights we were there. If clean towels were needed we had to take the old towels to the front desk to have them replaced. Parking was fine and was located next to a public so that was super convenient. »

« I was barefoot in the kitchen, my feet stuck to the floor. Put socks on and the bottoms were black! So not happy with our rooms floor condition! »

« My stay was very nice and a complete change from stats in past. I can really tell that a corporation has custody over everything. I ate at all the restaurants on site and have to say that I believe the menu is tired at Latitude 30 and is dire need for revamping. I ordered the Pork Chop (Medium), Beans and Mashed Potatoes and water for beverage. When it came to the table, my chop was a bit undercooked, the beans were warm but bland and the mashed potatoes were cold and clumpy. My guest ordered...
