« I will start with the lady at the front desk was helpful and nice and my money was refund after I insisted vs the 10% discount they wanted to offer. We checked in about 10pm and once in our room found the toilet didn’t work. There were no other rooms available. Maintenance would not be able to fix toilet till after 9am the next day. Their answer was to go to the lobby for any bathroom trips for our family of five including two kids under 12. We called around and found a different room...

« Overall check in was a breeze, convenient location, the rooms were clean, I do wish it was able to be colder and the beds were too soft (personal preference) but overall would stay again. »

« Felt like I was owed a partial refund for having to go to the front desk for towels every night. Housekeeping took our towels everyday even if they were hanging up and never left new ones. Had a cockroach two different days. Was told it was due to the rain, but good pest control would prevent them from coming in in the first place. Asked about utilizing the grill and was told they had all the tools and everything. When we went to use it, there wasn’t a lighter. Trash wasn’t picked up multiple...

Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. « STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »
