« Staff was very professional and helpful. Had a nice breakfast. Breakfast area was nice and clean. Pillow cases was pretty worn with yellow ting to them. There was black smudges, looked to be mascara on the top of duvet. Air conditioner worked well. Quiet. »

« I asked to sweep my my room because I feel it was a little bit dirty. The floors was dirt. I asked them if they could sweep only. They say I just have one day there. They cannot do nothing so they just gave me a broom. So I can sweep my own room »

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« The staff was excellent considering they had no records of my already paid for reservation. Took extra time getting checked in due to this. Thankfully, they were able to get us another room. Our suite had miscellaneous tiny holes in the bathroom and one behind the door in the bedroom. Kind of strange, but it did not appear to having anything inside of the holes. Shower took a while to warm up on the fourth floor. The couch and chairs were hard as rocks, however the beds were comfortable. For...

« Front desk needs training with their customer service skills. Claimed they knew nothing and offered no assistance. Room very basic...nowhere near the cost of the room. »

« 14$ for your breakfast. Which is included in many hotels. You have to pay for parking. No coffee pot or free coffee. Coffee is 4$ a cup. No safe! Won’t stay again! »

« Extra clean rooms. Staff went above and beyond. Was very pleasant and kind. Breakfast was really good surprisingly! Good coffee. Nice pool area with hot tub. Absolutely no complaints. Would come back and would recommend to others! »
