'The Intercontinental Hotel Auckland is great. It is clean, well-maintained, with friendly helpful staff, and many amenities. I’ve stayed here in the past and most recently with my two sons. Dining onsite options are excellent, as well as offering countless local dining options within walking distance as it’s located in downtown Auckland at the harbor. I definitely recommend.'

'Het hotel ligt in het CBD, op 3 minuten lopen van de Sky Tower en 5 van de Art Gallery of Queens Street de winkelstraat. De haven ligt op 10 minuten wandelen. 'Paid for upgraded on booking to have a nicer room. Was nothing like what was depicted in photos. Room was filthy and covered in dust. Was told room I booked was sold out. Would not stay here again. '

'Mooi verblijf! Ideaal gelegen om Auckland te bezoeken. Op loopafstnd van de winkelstraten en de gezellige haven waar allerlei leuke restaurants zitten. Parnell, het historische gedeelte ligt ook op wandelafstand. DE auto konden wij parkeren onder het hotel voor NZ 30 per dag. Prima geregeld. Personeel erg vriendelijk en de kamer was rustig gelegen met uitzicht op he binnenplein. Wij gaan zeker terug!'

'Room carpet needs cleaning to maintain the high standard of the hotel. From our room, the bathtub needs fixing especially when draining out the water. Cusions in our bedroom looks like it needs a good wash already. We paid a full breakfast buffet and it didn’t meet our expections from our previous Sofitel hotel breakfast buffet in other country. Over all, we had a good experience as a family.'
