« Overall, we were disappointed by the property. The home was dirty and not maintained very well. We suggest hiring a new cleaning service. Amenities were bare minimum. The home says it sleeps 10, but it sleeps 10 with a blowup mattress. On a positive note, the communication with the owner was very good. He was very responsive and quick to help if we had any issues. »

« We had a great long weekend at this property! We came into town for a concert at Red Rocks. We found a shuttle that very conveniently picked us up and dropped us off just across the street at Improper City. The property was great for what we needed (and the patio was a wonderful spot for morning coffee and reading!). We only need one small communication due to an issue with lighting and the host was very quick to reply with an easy fix. Would stay here again! »

« Great location - walking distance to restaurants and Union Station. The parking spot was a bonus allowing us to leave our car there and walk to places. We only needed 1 bedroom but would be perfect for 2 couples or a family with kids. Kitchen seemed well equipped but we only used it for breakfast. Reserving was easy as Hunter responded immediately. The building and the unit is a little dated but all in all it served our needs and was very comfortable and convenient. »
