'Everything was wonderful. Three blocks from Duval, a great view of the pool, very quiet & peaceful and a beautiful main house. The only downside was that the A/C unit never seemed to fully cool the room.'

'Great place to stay, convenient location, easy to get around the area, very nice/clean pool. The ONLY thing I can say as constructive feedback is that there is t any sort of welcoming book/information to say 'heres where ice is, grocery store down the street, etc'. The contact person was super helpful getting us into the room (door lock takes a min to get used to). Our room didn't have a kitchen feature, would choose that room if we stayed there again. Overall really good experience!'

'The noise from the room above us was ridiculous, and very day from 6:30am-10am, it sounded like a Hurd of elephants walking back and forth nonstop. '

'Some idiot locked the dead bolt lock on the white gate we had know way to get in. And don't bother calling the phone number on the wall by the room door, nobody will call you back ever. So the location is good but the rest not so much '

'The house and rooms are very clean. The property is awesome, and close too everything in old key west. We are going to make the mermaid and alligator a yearly trip from now on. It is a wonderful property.'

'The bathroom in room 8 does not have an exhaust fan so bathroom smells always go into the bedroom. Even though there is room for a couple of chairs in the bedroom, none are provided. The balcony light does not have a switch to turn it on. Parking is rarely available. Do not bring a car or rent one.'
