'A great old hotel in the countryside. Spacious room and very clean refurbished bathroom. Nice and clean. Restaurant was value for money, and the breakfast was very good. The inhouse pub made evenings comfortable,and had free wifi. Due to lack of aircon room temperature was a bit hot (30 degrees Celsius) and fans provided could not cope with it. 'Love, love, love this inn. Amazing property in a beautiful village. Lots of great, easy walking spots. There is a bus from Dorchester station that takes you to a stop right next to the inn. YES!! Also, the food and drinks at the inn are a homerun plus. Love, love, love this place.'

'Crossways is a gem of a hotel with wonderful views of Glastonbury Tor and the surrounding countryside. The beds are comfortable and Internet access is very good. Everywhere is very clean and the staff are generally very good. There was just one morning when the staff lost track of who still needed to order their breakfasts. Talking of tracks the road to the hotel from Pilton is single track but it is worth the care needed to get there.'

'The Castle Inn is a lovely traditional,thatched roof inn a 20min walk from Lulworth. The staff were really lovely,each of them friendly and clearly all work hard and look after their guests well..The pub is furnished to a high standard and the room was so cosy and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was good and they have a wide menu for lunch and dinner. The dinner we ate there could have been better,but it wasn't bad..Would definitely stay again.'
