'I stayed here before but things are getting really bad here. The room was dirty and smelly. Service is getting bad as well. I stayed here because its near the family of my wife. That would be the only reason to select this hotel because there is nothing to see or do in Malabon and far away from anything interesting. I will not stay here again.'

'Had a 3 night stay at this hotel, the staff is very polite and well trained. Breakfast buffet offers a good diversity of Asian and European dishes and the kitchen works hard to keep up the pace. The housekeeping left us cute towel art on our beds every day, we loved it. Location is pretty far away from makati and the airport so with the always terrible traffic (between 8am and 19pm) it will take you about 1,5 hour to get to makati with the taxi. 'Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate '

'This was my first time in Quezon, but not my first time in Citadines. I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. The staff are all Five Star level and the hotels are located in the best area's with the best food, shopping and entertainment nearby....

'The hotel has been nicely remodeled and the rooms are clean and well appointed. There’s nothing else in terms of amenities - no restaurant, cafe, or anything else - but there are plenty available in the neighborhood. I would stay there again, but would request a room not overlooking the road. The traffic noise just can’t be blocked out. I had to change rooms after a noisy first night, but the staff were very gracious about it.'
