'Het is een schitterend hotel, heel sfeervol opgezet met een prachtige tuin. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden een heerlijke massage ontvangen en hebben deze per abuis 2x betaald. Het hotel heeft ervoor gezorgd dat wij via via ons geld terugontvingen in Malang. Als dat geen service is. De kamers waren niet schoon. Een grote tegenvaller. Wij verbleven er maar 1 nacht dus konden hier wel overheen komen. Wij zouden om deze reden niet langer willen blijven. Het eten in...

'員工其實都不錯，挺主動幫忙。每天都有要求更換床單，但每天更換的床單都還是會有髒汙的地方。房間整體算乾淨，但提供瓶裝水只有兩罐200ML，有點小。早餐其實選擇性不多，水果不甜，但也是有好吃的餐點，咖啡常有咖啡渣，茶的味道花香太濃，牛奶在平常日不會提供。'

'The hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel itself is not special or fancy, but it is well-run, clean, and located in the center of Solo. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the restaurant is good, and the hotel also has a nice cafe with an outside seating area. They featured life music at the cafe on weekend evenings. We saw no other foreign guests, which we saw as a plus. Many staff members speak good English.'

'The hotel was bit disappointing. Cleanliness was below average. Delux room layout felt cramped and poorly designed. Breakfast starting ramadan was bland and less choice Staff were oke and good hospitality. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it. '
