'Paqueita, concierge was super helpful & a delight. I would have liked a freezer section not just a fridge. And, a microwave would have been useful although I do understand that room size is a limiting factor.'

'Check in was confusing as the address provided was incorrect, but the owner was quick to apologize and offered a gift for the inconvenience. The property was comfortable and clean, except for the toilet. Amenities were great. Having a washer/dryer was a treat. Road noise was loud at times as on a main road but was expected due to location. Parking was provided and the grounds were well kept.'

'Great room. Modern and clean. Beds very comfortable. Very noisy at night from the bars, so expect to be able to hear this noise in your room until they close.'

'Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms - one was a bit tired and had a safety lock broken (so I requested a room change) the other one more modern. Staff was very helpful in accomodating the room change. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from outside (hotel is an an area with a lot of nightlife around). Breakfast food was adequate. Fresh fruits, cereal, yoghurt and good hot buffet but limited pastry selection. Ambiance of bar and breakfast area lackluster.'

'The staff were terrific, especially Charlie in the bar and Amanda on reception. The rooms were clean but replacement of amenities ie tea was a bit hit and miss. The breakfast was really terrific and the choice on offer was fabulous at the buffet. The seats in the bar were chesterfields and all of them were cracked and in need of replacement or recovering but Charlie more than made up for the battered seats with his excellent service I would absolutely stay there again'

'A great location. The ocean view apartment we arrived to had a slight smell, perhaps food related. The night manager was helpful in bringing products to spray and remove the odour. Shower is the old fashioned step-over-bath wall type… not ideal for many adults I should think.'
