'Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms - one was a bit tired and had a safety lock broken (so I requested a room change) the other one more modern. Staff was very helpful in accomodating the room change.
Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from outside (hotel is an an area with a lot of nightlife around).
Breakfast food was adequate. Fresh fruits, cereal, yoghurt and good hot buffet but limited pastry selection. Ambiance of bar and breakfast area lackluster.'

'Located on the South Terrace and one of the few hotels with a pool (if I remember correctly).
The room was beautiful and very modern. Some of the reception staff were rather unfriendly when we asked for extra towels. We were staying in a room with 3 people and there were always only 2 towels. So we asked 1 more a the reception for the room and 2 for the pool and he told us to use the same one?!
Housekeeping was also weird sometimes, I had to write them a note to let them know there were 3...
