'This place is complete scam, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked and paid for my reservation through Expedia, and when I arrived, the receptionist told me they “don’t work with Expedia” and that I had no reservation. 'When we checked in, the guys gave us the key and asked ask to wait because he didn't know that the room was ready. We waited one and a half hour in the lobby with out entire luggage, after I went and asked him how much longer and he said "oh, your room has been ready, I gave you the key". I didn't argue with him because at this point it was not wroth it, but this I hope that you see that this was incredibly rude. No, it was not obvious that if you give me the key that it is a sign that the room...

'The hotel is a quiter part of the central district and how we ended up here is because a previous hotel was very cold and super loud. This hotel is quiet and warm in room (cold in rest of communal areas - they donhave space heaters for breakfast). Speaking of breakfast is was a step up from typical offerings from other hotels in this class. Bed was comfortable, staff was great, location good. 'The hotel was clean some staff members were helpful noting the language barrier some were not. The breakfast was not nice,eggs were always cold,milk and yogurt not kept on ice. I was sick after drinking the milk. Construction was next to my room all day and late into the night. The daily housekeeping was nice.'

'I don't think I'll have enough space. For starters, there's NO heater in the rooms. If you come from a warm place, like me(PR) you're F...d. not even a travel heater. Cusco is very cold, plus the room too. Now the famous continental breakfast. No milk for the insta coffee, 1 fried egg, 2 buns of bread and butter. My first room,the bathroom window was broken and the toilet was clogged, they changed me. The front desk agent was the bell boy and the cook as well, very humble guy and helpful.'
