'I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort.
The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism.

'We were given a very friendly reception when we arrived. The hotel is beautiful and very clean The buffet breakfast offered a good choice of English and Caribbean foods. The pool was clean and it was easy to get a sunlounger and towels. It was easy to walk to the Main Street in Rodney Bay from the hotel.
I would give it 5 stars all the way except from 9pm to 2am the loud music from the nearby nightclubs kept me awake. '

'Allereerst een compliment voor de gehele staff. Niets was teveel en iedereen erg attent en warm. Mijn advies neem junior swim up suite all inclusiv want alles maar dan ook alles zit erin. Geen verrassingen na afloop. Het eten is uitzonderlijk goed. Ontbijt ,lunch ,snacks cocktail of dinner alles is gewoon hoge kwaliteit. Verder in de omgeving geen restaurants van enige kwaliteit te vinden. Afstanden met GPS echt met 2x de tijd verdubbelen want rijden most gewoon meer tijd ivm staat vd weg en...

'Beach was the highlight. Beautiful waters to swim or float. Didn’t have to wake up at 5:00am to claim your chairs which was nice. We went down around 7:30 and were the first few out there. Resort is compact which is nice. Short walk to the bar, restaurant or restroom from the beach. With the surrounding restaurants in the area it would be nice if the resort offered a partial all inclusive.
The one bedroom oceanfront room was excellent. Having the extra bathroom was a bonus. '

'My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.
