'Het hotel is aan de oudere kant en wordt slecht onderhouden.
Personeel is heel lui en je moet heel veel geduld hebben. Dit is niet enkel in het hotel zo, maar overal op het hele eiland.
Het ontbijt kun je buiten eten, maar je moet het eten in een gesloten kamer (aparte in en uitgang) gaan halen. Al het eten ligt in grote ijzeren bakken. De hele kamer is vrij vies. De bedden in de kamers zijn wat aan de harde kant en het water komt amper uit de douche. Internet is heel onstabiel. '

We ate at the dorado one night which had exceptional food. The buffet was very bland and room service food was not good. Otherwise this was a great Vacation.'

'It is on the beach.Some of the staff was helpful, others weren’t.Bathroom had black mold around it.Cleaning service was extremely poor.I left a water glass on the night table the night I arrived and it was still there when I checked out 4 days later. I went to restaurant and apparently they were delayed in opening and staff was just walking past without asking if I need any assistance.Nice hotel overall but staff needs more training overall.'

'The staff was amazing and very accommodating, especially Derek and Michael. The customer service from the staff at Ti Bananne was top notch and the food also very good. Sorry. I only remember the name Sam. I would definitely return and highly recommend for a quiet getaway.
Only thing to be prepared for is that we found it difficult to shower without getting the bathroom floor wet. It seems like a design flaw. The bench and shower head should have been switched.

'What a gem of a hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are amazing and so friendly, they remember every guest and really made our stay special. Rosa, Gavin and Eloise really went above and beyond and they are an asset to the hotel. The food was also lovely, the menu changes every couple of days but we did not have a single bad meal. The goat curry was really good! We loved that it was all inclusive but we were served every meal and it was al carte.
