'The hotel itself is very nice, and I really liked the room. However, I came specifically for the sauna and swimming facilities as a way to relax, and this aspect of the stay was disappointing. The pool was freezing cold, which meant I didn’t feel comfortable using it at all. In addition, the sauna had not been switched on before our arrival, so we had to wait for it to heat up.
