« Loin de la ville, pas de commerce de qualitĂ©, quartier mĂ©diocre. Douche froide tous les jours. TrĂšs bruyant (on entend les voisins et l’extĂ©rieur), lumiĂšre toute la nuit dehors sans volet. Pas de machine Ă  cafĂ© ce qui est le minimum. En compensation, nous avons demandĂ© Ă  partir une heure plus tard et le propriĂ©taire nous l’a refusĂ©. »

« We had a great stay at the High Tide for our family of 4, just a few minutes walking distance from popular Beach 98. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained. Great communication from management. There is a ton of great food spots all over Rockaway Beach and the High Tide is close to many of them (recommend Uma's, Claudette, Roasters, Bungalow Bar, Tacoway Beach, the decadent frozen pina colada at Connelly's, and pretty much everything at Beach 98 and Beach 105). « Great small place to stay if all you care about is the beach. That is what I was looking for and so I was very happy. The rooms are very small and the walls are thin. But I was okay with that. My only complaint that Echoes others is that the shower was lukewarm at best. But it's safe enough clean enough quiet enough etc. »

« My family of 8 had a wonderful stay here. There was lots of space to accommodate us all. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware to make meals at home. Having a designated driveway to park in was a nice addition, even with a 220V plug for an EV charger. »
