« Très bel établissement dans la campagne du Yorkshire où on peu profiter du grand calme. Les lieux ont fait l'objet d'une rénovation mêlant agréablement la modernité avec une vieille bâtisse. Le staff est amical et aux soins anticipant même les demandes. Les chambres sont impeccables et permettent de se sentir dans un cocon moderne. L'hôtel possède sont propre centre de remise en forme avec salle de sport, piscine, jacuzzi et sauna. Même s'il peut paraître vieillot, une nouvelle construction...

« Lovely hotel, great to have a 4* hotel allow dogs, loved the letter to him :) Couldn't go in the restaurant for breakfast but was able to bring our food into a separate area that worked well. Ideal location with massive field right in front of hotel to walk him & town centre within 15-20 mins walk. Staff all seemed to be friendly & helpful, thanks »

« Very well presented little cottage. There are a few different cottages here, we stayed in Valencourt. Quality furnishings and fittings, was very comfortable and cosy for a family of 4. Only frustration was the showers. Very difficult to get the right temp for the kids. (I think its to do with the hot water pressure) Even so it didn't spoil our stay, lovely touch with welcome pack in the kitchen, tea, sugar, milk, bread, butter, fresh orange juice and biscuits. Very appreciated! But the best...

Before we went we were not made aware that this hotel is primarily booked through HF holidays who offer walking and biking holidays so we weren’t expecting to have to eat at communal tables no individual tables you’re expected to sit at big tables full of strangers. »

« Really enjoyed our stay. Only negative was that the dinner menu was the same each night. The staff were very friendly and polite. A very dog friendly hotel too - you had the option to have meals in a nice room with your dog - this isn’t the case in some dog friendly hotels. Would stay again. »
