'Great staff, tidy accomadation, comfy beds and great location'

'The staff was really great and helped me deal with a situation created by both another hotel and hotels.com so I am really grateful for that. The free meal at night is really a great add on, and delicious. The room was clean, big, with everything you need and the window could open which was great considering the nights were cool enough to get some fresh air. Location is perfect as well, right next to the castle. They have pyjamas from S to XL. Didn't try the communal bath but I liked that...

'We used this hotel as a couple. Rooms are fine; we stayed on 15th floor, and rooms on floor 13-14-15 seem to be bigger than the lower floors. We did not use the breakfast buffet, since there are plenty of breakfast places around, both local ones as international ones. Can recommend this hotel to others.'

'Nice and quite'

'The hotel facility is very old like last century. The bath was not maintained clean given the high hotel paid. Not much amenities can be used but the only thing is nature appreciation if you are in that category. Overall it’s not worth the money.'

'What a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location from the train station And easy acces to snowmonkey parc. The food was amazing And the service level as well. They have an amazing bar on the roof. You sit with -15 in heated plastic iglo tents zipping from your drinks. The onsen Spa is big on the upperfloor overlooking Yudanaka And the mountains. The Room is huge. So wonderful stay And highly recommended.'
