'The staff were great, and very helpful. The actual rooms/property were not great. We had to switch rooms upon arrival, because the entire room smelled like sewage. The next room we went to was fine. Then 2 days later the sink drain would smell like sewage every time we ran the faucet. We noticed the water in the toilet had a brown tint to it which freaked us out about showering. The last day we were there even the elevators smelled like sewage so something with the plumbing at this property is...

'This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Professional, super clean, well equipped, comfortable and with lovely staff. Every single one of our needs and wishes were granted. In a great area of Guadalajara. We will certainly return and highly recommend!'

'It was a good hotel. The breakfast was really good and the restaurants in the hotel are very nice as well. There’s not a lot to do aorund the hotel and the neighborhood didn’t feel super safe. The only complaint is that when I booked it said that early check in was possible, well it’s only possible if you buy a whole night more, which would’ve been fine if that was mentioned before I booked with promotion, the extra night was almost my total of 3 nights. We had to wait in the lobby from 6am...

'Property is a beautiful building. Rooms are ok, bed very comfortable. I did not like the fact that there is no coffee maker in the room, " No coffee courtesy " The Staff is the best, staff very attentive and helpful. Location is A+ .'

'Great location, beautiful property, within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars and nightclubs. Only issue was that the water pressure was low, and the water was brown and had a smell. Staff said filters were changed so pipes needed to run to restore pressure'
