'It was a good hotel. The breakfast was really good and the restaurants in the hotel are very nice as well. There’s not a lot to do aorund the hotel and the neighborhood didn’t feel super safe. The only complaint is that when I booked it said that early check in was possible, well it’s only possible if you buy a whole night more, which would’ve been fine if that was mentioned before I booked with promotion, the extra night was almost my total of 3 nights. We had to wait in the lobby from 6am...

'The hotel was excelent but the front desk service was bad employees were paying more attention to their conversation and basically ignoring the customers. The parking cost 150 pesos per day and they require a 2,000 pesos deposit. The gentleman at the entrance with the coffee was very nice.'
