'Estoy muy molesta porque nos hemos quedado ahi 3 veces y cada una de las visitas ha sido peor. Pero esta ocacion nos fue MUY MAL. La limpieza de la habitación fue terrible encontramos una cucaracha en una de las camas. las alfombras estaban asquerosas, llenas de polvo y mugre. El fiestaclub no tardan mucho en abastecen bien de comida, no vale la pena. y ojo en el restaurante también hay cucarachas caminando por las paredes .'

'It was a good hotel. The breakfast was really good and the restaurants in the hotel are very nice as well. There’s not a lot to do aorund the hotel and the neighborhood didn’t feel super safe. The only complaint is that when I booked it said that early check in was possible, well it’s only possible if you buy a whole night more, which would’ve been fine if that was mentioned before I booked with promotion, the extra night was almost my total of 3 nights. We had to wait in the lobby from 6am...

Fue muy grato estar en este hotel y si haya oportunidad seguro estaré de nuevo en este hotel excepcional. Solo el desayuno fue algo regular, pero es opcional.'
