'Todos muy amables, habitación limpia excelente servicio.'

'This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Professional, super clean, well equipped, comfortable and with lovely staff. Every single one of our needs and wishes were granted. In a great area of Guadalajara. We will certainly return and highly recommend!'

'Gorgeous building and amazing location. The shower didn't drain and the bathroom was dated, but the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.'

'It was a good hotel. The breakfast was really good and the restaurants in the hotel are very nice as well. There’s not a lot to do aorund the hotel and the neighborhood didn’t feel super safe. The only complaint is that when I booked it said that early check in was possible, well it’s only possible if you buy a whole night more, which would’ve been fine if that was mentioned before I booked with promotion, the extra night was almost my total of 3 nights. We had to wait in the lobby from 6am...
