'This was a great, affordable, comfortable recommendation by a friend in Mexico. It's in the historical part of the city in walking distance to many attractions. Easy to book tours for pickup or meet up locations. Bed was firm as I like it and the pillows for me were super. Evetything was super clean. Note that although there is a coffee machine with cups in your room, there is no coffee, tea or condiments so be ready to bring this:)'

'It was a good hotel. The breakfast was really good and the restaurants in the hotel are very nice as well. There’s not a lot to do aorund the hotel and the neighborhood didn’t feel super safe. The only complaint is that when I booked it said that early check in was possible, well it’s only possible if you buy a whole night more, which would’ve been fine if that was mentioned before I booked with promotion, the extra night was almost my total of 3 nights. We had to wait in the lobby from 6am...

'Todo estuvo muy bien, el capitán de meseros del restaurante es muy amable, aunque una mesera que estaba ahí le falta más preparación, cuando llegamos en la entrada el personal nos trató como si llegáramos a casa, solo en recepción el masculino que nos atendió le falta un poco más trato al personal. La habitación es limpia y amplia, volvería a hospedarme en ese hotel.'

'My 2 day stay in Hotel Origen 438 was simply amazing! Ruben was very helpful from arrival until departure. The breakfast at the hotel (no buffet, but personal service) was excellent. I was also surprised by the quality of the food (and drinks) in the cosy hotel restaurant. Overall: A great experience in the city of Guadalajara!'
