'It was a good hotel. The breakfast was really good and the restaurants in the hotel are very nice as well. There’s not a lot to do aorund the hotel and the neighborhood didn’t feel super safe. The only complaint is that when I booked it said that early check in was possible, well it’s only possible if you buy a whole night more, which would’ve been fine if that was mentioned before I booked with promotion, the extra night was almost my total of 3 nights. We had to wait in the lobby from 6am...

'El personal de recepción fue excelente. Siempre apoyaron e incluso con el servicio de taxi rumbo al aeropuerto fueron de gran apoyo y seguridad. Me he hospedado varias ocasiones previas. Para alguien que no lo conoce, el desayuno cumple, no es extraordinario, pero si te llenas. Punto extra porque siempre tienen café en el comedor (a cualquier hora) lo único que si vi en esta ocasión es que las habitaciones si se veían poco aseadas e incluso el agua de la regadera olía raro. 'Excelente hotel, todo muy limpio, buena cama, habitación amplia, personal de recepción y limpieza todos muy cordial y atentos. Seguro. Buena ubicación, para el centro todo a pie. Fue muy grato estar en este hotel y si haya oportunidad seguro estaré de nuevo en este hotel excepcional. Solo el desayuno fue algo regular, pero es opcional.'

'My 2 day stay in Hotel Origen 438 was simply amazing! Ruben was very helpful from arrival until departure. The breakfast at the hotel (no buffet, but personal service) was excellent. I was also surprised by the quality of the food (and drinks) in the cosy hotel restaurant. Overall: A great experience in the city of Guadalajara!'
