'Our room was great. We had a King suite and it was very well laid out. A kitchenette, living room and separate bedroom. The only negative was the breakfast area. It’s quite small and was very crowded. Lots of kids making waffles and casually snacking on fruit as the waited. We chose to go to a coffee shop after our first morning experience. '

'De foto's zijn prachtig doch de acco is oud met vies tapijt. Geen balkon en geen lift. Heel vriendelijk personeel, acco midden in plaatsje met slijterij ernaast waar dus allemaal dronken mensen bij elkaar komen. We voelden ons door de foto's enorm misleid. '

'I couldn’t recommend this B&B enough if you want a peaceful, very comfortable accommodation. The B&B was gorgeous, the bedroom & en-suite were wonderful and the hand made breakfast made by the host Juliette was so delicious. The location is such that you need a car but I think if you are travelling around the beautiful island of Vancouver you would have one anyway.'

I was not asking for a refund — only minimal flexibility. Instead, they hid behind policy and demanded consent letters, credit card ID, and even a doctor's note while I was sitting in a hospital dealing with an emergency. I am not interrupting doctors and nurses to justify a hotel stay. I could not access...
