« My husband and I spent two nights, was comfortable peaceful and pleasant stay. The room was modern and clean the bathroom was clean also modern, mini fridge, small microwave was great to reheat food/ coffee. Rooms serviced daily which is fantastic. Check in took literally 2min and check out 1min. Balcony was great overlooking the ocean. I can’t fault anything. Definitely we will be back »

« Did a solo overnight stay to capture the sunset at Long Jetty and the sunrise at Crackneck Lookout and the location is well located to access both by car within 15min. The rooms are dated, but clean. I stayed in the one bedroom loft and it had everything I needed for the night and more. « Not once during our 2 week stay was our room clean in the first 8 days, I had to go and request a clean also day after day going to reception to ask for toilet paper and it seemed like it was an issue yet they never came to the room to top it up or give us fresh towels, 8 days with no bed change either, very poor service and the reception staff are very dry and do not want to help. « Pris une chambre avec balcon et me suis retrouvé dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée sans aucune visibilité à part sur le parking.. En arrivant l'hôtelière m'avait prévenu que la chambre choisie n'avait pas de visibilité et si je voulais vue sur le lac c'était 20 $AUD par nuit et que la chambre était au 2eme étage et ceci sans ascenseur.. Donc suis resté au rdc et effectivement psur l'arrière une vue sur un conteneur. Et une odeur dans la chambre, cette dernière ne devait pas être utilisée...
