'We had a lovely stay at Beachcomber Toukley. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the pool and the lake, which made our stay even more relaxing. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the small sofa in the room had quite a few stains on it, which made it look worn and could do with a thorough clean or replacement. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you for a great experience!'

'Clean and well organized cabin. We were lucky to get upgraded to the three bedrooms beachfront cabin with direct view of the ocean from our kitchen/lounge room, so we can enjoy the nice view of the waves while having our meals. The staff members are very helpful and friendly. Our cabin is well equipped with full size fridge, gas cook tops, kitchen amenities, washer and dryer, so it is very convenient for families with kids. 'Upon arrival, staff member was very courteous and helpful. Cabin was nice. Smelled like mould in the cupboards. Microwave didnt work. Leaks in the bathroom from the shower and under the sink. An hour of our stay was taken away as we left the cabin for breakfast and came back to find the cleaner in our cabin. Staff upon leaving did nothing to deal with us having an hour shaved off our paid time. Overall, was an ok stay. Grounds were clean. Amenities were nice.'

'Overall, the quality of the room is pretty poor. When we got to the property, the door was insanely hard to open we thought we’d been given the wrong key, only after kicking the bottom of it did it open. Once we were in, there was no normal lock and the door handle was sagging so we weren’t sure if it was actually locked or not so I had to place a chair in-front of the door, just in case. 'We had a pleasant stay and found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. The sheets and towels were fresh and spotless, which we really appreciated. The property is a little older and could benefit from some fresh paint and maintenance, particularly the fly screens, which need some attention. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and with a few updates, this would be an even better place to stay. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality.'
