'I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I hope this saves someone from the headache and inconvenience we experienced. The actual condition of the property is far from what is pictured. It is dilapidated, dirty, and unfit for rental. There were dead bugs all over inside and a live scorpion, stains in the carpet, and the pantry had dirty empty containers. The outdoor grounds were covered in animal feces, with an empty pool, defunct hot tub, and rubbish about the property. We found alternative...

'I only stayed for a couple of nights and would loved to have stayed longer. The cabin was great with a very generous selection of treats waiting on arrival. I loved the range of cooking appliances even if didn’t have time to use them. Diane was very helpful pointing me in a couple of directions related to my reason for being in that part of Tasmania.'

'Located right across the road from the beach with all the conveniences you need, a stay in Dome 1 provides all you need for a romantic getaway. Quiet and cosy and centrally located to explore beautiful Bruny Island. We had all we needed to have a night in to cook. Highly recommend!'

'Such a quaint place with lovely hosts, had a wonderful dinner close by and super close to Bruny Island ferry. Beds super comfy, kitchen well equiped, we enjoyed watching the ducks in the dam outside the kitchen window, hearing the chickens being chickens and having the frogs lull us to sleep. Would thoroughly recommend for those that love nature and beautiful things. '
