We checked in, our room was filthy, blood stains all over the bedding, dirt and hair in the shower, pee all over the bathroom floor, no bedding for the pullout couch. This is SHAMEFUL..... everybody knows they don't allow smoking in hotel rooms anymore. The hotel clerk first said I had no choice because I booked with Expedia.
