Kies je hotel in Norfolk City County

'Near the beach, friendly staff. Problems were solved (sometimes after a reminder). Quality of the breakfast was good. Room was definitely dated. Although clean not in depth. Closer doors were very tired, safe was unresponsive (solved), roaches in the kitchenette (solved), bathroom door stuck and scraped. Staff at the front desk very friendly.'

'Roaches and gross. Do not stay here beach is full of trash. Awful.'

'We have stayed at this hotel a few times, the rooms are nice and clean. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is very good. I really appreciate the new bar & grill in the hotel, it's a nice option if you don't want to go out to eat. The only negative is that the beds are not comfortable, the mattress is too hard.'

'La entrada al mar es lo mejor'

'Value for money was very good'

'Anthony at check-in was awesome. He went above and beyond for us!'

'Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful and more then enough parking spots around the accommodation.'

'This room exceeded our expectations. We travel often and this room was definitely better than some hotels we have stayed in the owners were very friendly and made sure we were okay, wish was a huge plus. We will be staying here again'

'This place is unsafe. Do not stay here!'

'Room was nice and clean but the mattresses need to be rotated from one bed to the other or rotated and flipped if they’re flippable BIG TIME.'

'Food service not available. Old rooms, old furniture, dirty carpet and bathtub. Only one elevator working. No maid service. TV stopped working. Pool out of service.'

'Horrible experience and kept my money'
