'Jetted tub kept turning on in the middle of the night with nobody touching it & of course there was nobody in office to assist when it was going on. Also, the bed in the bedroom was horribly hard and uncomfortable, the blinds couldn’t be opened because the handle kept popping off and we were afraid to touch anything to be able to go on the porch to relax. The neighbors ordered a mattress to be delivered on our first night & between the horrible king sized bed and the pull out couch that was not...

'Very clean, the staff were attentive and always happy to help. My 3 days their were pleasant and I used their small fitness room which was great to have available along with my coffee and breakfast every morning.'

'Me and my family’s go to hotel. Staff is pleasant and we’re very warm and welcoming towards me and my family. I used the laundry room and business center easily. These amenities were convenient with me working remotely. Breakfast was pretty good, a few options and Ms. Sharon is such a sweetheart! Anything we asked for they never made us feel like we were a bother. Will definitely recommend and will be returning.'

The front desk said the maintenance man will come with in 1 or 2 but didn’t come on time. Our door was fixed after 4 pm'

'Ideaal voor een wekendje strand. Dicht bij de Virginia beaches.'

'Muy cómodo el lugar, muy limpio y privado'

When it did work the door stuck and had to push door pretty loudly. Weak water pressure in the shower. The toilet would either not flush or kept running. Even when you pulled up the flap sometimes the water...

'Jim, the staff member who checked us in was extremely kind and competent. We had some issues with our reservations because of some problems with Expedia and he fixed it right away. Great guy.'

'Decent enough property and great location, but the grounds, rooms and hallways need cleaning and more lighting and an ice machine'
