'Just spent a week here. Overall had a great stay. The resort is dated but less expensive than many other options. Our room was clean, large and comfortable. Big bathroom with great shower and tub. The doors in the suite had slats in them so light and sound went through them which wasn't our favorite. Parking spaces are very small and narrow and sometimes hard to find (usuall at night). While they do offer free use of washers and dryers, there are only one of each for an entire floor! I had to...

'Property is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in one of the ocean view suites. Rooms could use a little updating. Firepit did not work, furniture was old. At one point during our stay, staff set up a huge double white tent in front of our suite for one and a half days, completely blocking our view, as well as compromising our privacy. Apparently there was a wedding event, but the tent could have been set up in a different location. I did call to complain and the manager did remove all of the hotel...

'The room was musty smelling. Had several roaches in my bathroom…and when I say ‘several’ I’m talking more than 4! The air conditioning in the room was insufficient! I ended up opening up the windows so at least there was a breeze and it also helped with the musty smell! The staff was very apologetic but still an expensive stay to be so disappointing! 'This is truly the best resort for families! We honeymooned at Napili Kai 20 years ago and decided to bring our kids this time. Best choice we made! They have so much to do and the beach is gorgeous!
