« The rooms were clean, the staff could have been more friendly. We were overlooked at the bar & grill for about ten mins, you would think they would great all their guess and say I will be right with you, instead of just walking by like we are not even there. The wine tasting was over hyped but the person that helped us was very knowledgeable on the different kind of wine tasted. »

« La chambre n'etair pas propre. Poussiéreux. Literie non confortables. Draps abîmés. Rideau de douche moisi. La piscine annoncée sur l'annonce est belle propre récente. Dans la réalité il faut sortir à l extérieur pour se rendre à la piscine. La piscine est dans un état d insalubrité+++. Moisissures, saletés, odeur immonde. Une honte . Mes enfants attendaient cette piscine avec impatience après énormément d heures de route. Et c était vraiment immonde. Publicité mensongère+++ »

« Needing a getaway from home, chose this hotel. Nice front desk employees. Nice housekeeping attendants. Room was ok. Carpet had large spill stain on the floor. No microwave in the room so no heating leftovers. Was not told the breakfast was a pay breakfast. I was annoyed after going down and being embarrassed. I was not offered the pay breakfast upon check-in. I would have gladly paid. The ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floors were empty every time I attempted to get ice. Disappointing. On a good...
