« When I got to my room, there was no toilet paper or towel towels. I had to go to the front office to get those, the staff was OK but less than friendly. »

« The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. »

« We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious with a nice kitchen & bath. Very clean & modern hotel for the price. Staff was great! My only complaint is the mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. »

« The Ac works wonderfully but there isn't a full kitchen at this location. There is a full sized refrigerator, full sized kitchen sink and a large Microwave. »

« Brand new hotel with modern design. Nice & clean. Appreciated twin sized trundle couch in the room. Mattress are hard & sheets a little tight but otherwise great. »

« Short stop while traveling. We had one issue which was a travel ball teams kids making a lot of noise next door. We alerted Jana and she very quickly and professionally involved the parents and resolved the situation. Breakfast was better than normally expected. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant. »
