« $75 fee for the “pet friendly” hotel and your dog isn’t even allowed to just lay in the pool area. Outside access to your room, no personal balcony. 1 elevator that was useful that seems like it’s about to break down. We had to ask for more trash bags and towels, rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay. »

Only “Signature” guests have beachfront access; the majority have to cross a busy road and go under the “Signature “ building to get to the beach. You can use beach chairs free of charge by going to the first floor at Signature. We weren’t aware of this & happened upon it by pure luck! The bugs are horrendous. « This is a great place to stay. It is clean and comfortable. There were no photos of the inside of the condo, but it is spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, small deck, washer/dryer, nice kitchen and living room. Ours had three tv’s and a pull-out sofa. The grounds, two pools and one hot tub are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Beach access is directly across the adjoining road (Seawall). « The pool is indoors and there is no outdoor pool. Also, the chlorine content of the pool is really high. I could smell it outside. The elevators are pretty slow and there’s usually only one person on site at the front desk. They don’t clean the rooms every day… You have to ask for that. When I asked for more towels because the room wasn’t clean, I had to bring my used towels downstairs to trade for them. Mattresses were decent, but not wonderful. « The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Covered parking was definitely a plus. There was a sign outside that advertised a restaurant but there was no restaurant. It’s a bit of a drive to the sea wall and restaurants but not a dealbreaker. Very reasonable rates for parking for the cruise. I would use them again. »

« It was a nice bare bones room. I forgot to ask for the AARP discount so I missed out on that. For an older setting it was clean and comfortable which was all I was looking for. It was quiet and even though it appeared to be filled traffic by my room was minimal. I would stay again. The air conditioning was wonderful. »
