Kies je hotel in Forsyth County

'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...

'Had to wait one hour before the room was ready, also didn't get the room I booked. The TV was not accomodating...it would turn off and on by itself dnd the volume would not adjust. The toilet had a black ring in the bowl, the tub was dingy, bed covers worn and tattered. I always travel with bleach cleaning spray and lysol and I'm glad I did. Just not a fancy place, just average. I guess you got rhat you pay for.'

'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'

'The facility was nice and clean but the wall to the unit next door let every sound through. EVERY sound—sink running, water flushing, wake up alarm, TV. And Hampton Inn really needs an easier process for accessing the guest WiFi.'

'The staff we’re extremely welcoming.'

'We enjoyed our stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, it was quiet, and it felt safe. Breakfast was basic: we arrived at 8.15 and most of the warm dishes were empty already, just some scrambled eggs were left, but there was yoghurt, bread, pancakes, etc.'

'Clean lobby and room and check in desk attendant allowed us to check in early which was great. However, outside galleries, stairs etc. are in horrible shape. Only remnants of safety strips on stairs remain and it was a “Where’s Waldo” event to find an ice maker. Pungent weed odor at stairwells so you could not avoid it. Busy weekend in Winston Salem so we were pleased to find a clean room but never again.'
