When asked on second day for housekeeping to provide service, was met with rude response about every other day service only, so asked if minimally could supply toilet paper since minimal was provided (used roll) from beginning , as well as dry towels as no where to hang used to dry. The hotel location is a bit interesting that said, lots to do around it! Room was really nice and I loved the color palette of the hotel. I booked it because I liked how different it was. 'We’ve stayed in this hotel before and it’s very large. Perhaps it was the location of our room this time, which was in an older back hallway, that added to the less than desirable experience. The room was musty and smelled terrible. The entry door didn’t latch and needed to be locked to stay closed. The staff member who checked us in had the personality of cardboard.
