« Amazing stay! Central location!! »

« We were given the wrong room number and room key when we checked in. We walked into a room where a resident was still staying there then the next morning at breakfast there were no forks and we had to ask the manager for half-and-half for our coffee, we were surprised that our room wasn’t clean the first night and we were informed that it’s only done every two nights which we were only there one night. »

« This is an apartment that is the basement of someone’s house, WHO ALSO APPEARS TO BE RENTERS. This apartment was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. I had two major issues1 - WE HAD NO CONTROL OF APARTMENT AIR TEMP, I asked to have the thermostat turned down but the place was just too hot. The owner was quick to respond to turn it down, but was not able to correct and it was something we could not control, which was the real issue. The apartment was hot, we are from Alabama so...

« The property is very nice, well maintained and attractive. The host is very available and accommodating. The Expedia description does not match the VRBO description. The garage is not available and the second bedroom is a loft. Great place of you can live with this layout. »

« A large group of us stayed here for a graduation at CU. It was a beautiful location was a gorgeous mountain view, and had very large public space (including the kitchen) in the house-- great for parties. The house is about 20 mins from Boulder and 35 mins from Denver or the airport. It is was perfect for us that none of the bedrooms are designed for children (no bunk or twin beds -- all queen or king). The master suite is fabulous. »

The only negative was that there is a flight of stairs to the living space and another flight to the bedrooms.The pillows and mattresses were very comfortable.The garbage pickup was a bit confusing. In the handbook it said to put garbage out on Friday but you must look at the schedule posted on the refrigerator. Recycle is picked up every other week.
