'Het hotel is ok. Kamer is ruim en goed uitgerust. Er is een binnen en buiten zwembad. Staf bij de receptie is echter verveeld en onvriendelijk. Uitchecken is niet zomaar gebeurt. Beddengoed moet afgehaald worden en handdoeken op de vloer. Servies met de hand afwassen als er geen vaatwasser is. Je vraagt je zelf af wat de schoonmakers nog moeten doen. Voor een kort verblijf zou ik hier zeker niet meer verblijven. Zeker ook omdat het wat uit de buurt ligt van doorgaande wegen.'

'This is my second time staying at this hotel, as I try to visit the Berkshires at least once a year. I absolutely love it and plan to stay here whenever I return. The property is charming, with beautifully designed rooms and a cozy, inviting lobby. The rooms are stocked with Santal products, which is a nice touch. 'The view was great. It is in 10 to 30 minutes of places I wanted to visit. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me with the personal items I needed. I didn't need to use the Kayaks or pontoon that they rent to use on Lake Laural. The only drawback is no beach.'

'The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the town center of Lenox, close to all the shops and restaurants. I was a little concerned initially about the reviews I read regarding the level of cleanliness of the rooms which I am extremely particular about. The room was very clean so maybe the issue has been addressed. Communication with staff via text which normally would be concerning was also very prompt and quick.
