« We arrived on Friday early evening. We were dropped off. We weren’t greeted by any staff on our arrival. We waiting to get assistance but ended up grabbing our own cart for our luggage. We checked in and let the front desk know and they did give us $50 credit. The room was nice and comfy. We didn’t do any of the paid amenities. But we did do the bike ride, which was nice and short.
